im the same i hate myself the way i look ive just attempted again ive not done a diet plan ive just figured id have 3 meals aday but id eat them slowly like my toast id cut a peice into four squares and eat it over the course of the morning so ive always got something to eat no need to get a snack and my sister bought me a dance dvd for christmas its turned out to be my best present i enjoy doing it and if i keep at it im sure ill lose weight though i only do it if no-one around good luck with your quest
