Well, it has been about a week since my last post. I wanted to take some time to see if the changes I was making were going to work or not. So far they have.
I think somewhere along the line I hit the bottom. Or perhaps I just got so tired of the same old thing that I just had to do something different. Whatever the reason for the final push, I am off again.
While it has only been a few days, it feels good...I feel good. I know it will not be easy, I know the road to wellness is a spiral path upward but I feel much better about my chances now. For the first time in a long time I feel confident I can make these changes and get out of the self defeating habits that have controlled my life.
I don't want to get into the details now, there is time enough for numbers and calculations later. Besides, while all that is essential for fat loss, it is not what is necessary for well-being, that requires something with-in.
So, if you want to join me on this journey check in from time to time, I am sure I could use the company, I will be on this path for awhile.
