I like the jog log because you can tell at a glance what you've been doing, and it will be easier to stick with.

I like the activity journal the best. It's kind of like a mini-blog...a place where in addition to writing down what you do each day, you can write things like "I got a cramp" or "I got dizzy" or "I exceeded my goal for the day." Things like that. It might be something fun (and educational) to refer back to.

Oh, the joy...I clicked "YOGA" on your sidebar. You describe the effects beautifully! Are you still practicing?
