Already? Seems like we just got started and now we are into the second week! Everyone did great, most more than they had too! If you did not get your 15 minutes in, don't sweat it...well, actually...do sweat it...but do it in the form of some activity, not stress! You can still jump in at any point, remember...this is to build a new, healthier habit...and we are looking to do that over the next three months.
The post "what we're doing!" will always be on the upper right of the blog under "Exercise!", and it would be good to keep commenting there as you do stuff, we can support each other through that.
This week we are looking to get in a total of 30 minutes, any which way you like. I am going to add another 15 minute work out, so I have two days of 15 minutes each...but you can do 6 minutes for 5 days, or 10 minutes for 3 days, or 30 minutes for 1 day, or any combination that works for you. Remember to keep trying new or different things, experiment with activities, time of day, length of work out...just have fun and keep a mental inventory of what you liked about it or disliked about it and adjust next time. Knowledge is power, and if you don't know what you really like, what will really last for you, then you are just hurting your chances to make this a life long habit right?
No worries... no stress... just some gentle movement, knowledge, fun, support!
On Wednesday I am going to begin talking about different types of exercises, so get your ideas ready! See you then and lets get moving out there!
Good job everyone!

Uhm, probably won't comment every time I do something. Fin had surgery on Monday but I still managed to get out and walk 45 min on Mon and do 20 min of pole-dancing exercise dvd. Yesterday I did 20 minutes of weight lifting.

Have been walking for half an hour a day (3 days now) and got in 45 minutes of deep water running last night. Not bad for someone who is extremely hormonal and hates the world :)
