Well...actually....walking with intermittent bursts of jogging. Today I got 4 miles in, it took me an hour. I probably shouldn't be doing anything at all with the race being Sunday, but now I am feeling a bit nervous that I might not finish it within 4 hours. I was humming along with my training, but heading to Boston for the holidays, and then getting sick up there, really messed me up. I missed my long 14 mile trek two weekends ago. Since I have completed a 10K (6+ miles) and today's 4, but should I get some more mileage in before Sunday? I don't know.
I am going to be talking about the marathon, my training and other stuff, every day this week leading up to the race. You might find that boring, I call it cheap therapy!
