I am still here too. Although I must admit I have been absent. I am in the same place. I need support and help, I am not sure what else to do to change the equation. I am 45 and middle age is hard to change things.

oh and we are probably close to the same situations in life.. i am 40, married, two kids. So something easy you can fit into your life is important.

good luck. i feel the same as you. I started walking just 1 mile a day and feel a ton better and have dropped six pounds. I just do it after lunch at work or first thing when I get home at night. starting slow at 1 mile and keeping it easy has both been helpful and easy to keep up with.

Have you ever tried WW? It seems to work for lots of people and there are groups you meet with. Just a thought.
